If i hardwire my aftermarket radio do i still need a radio harness? I cut my stock radio harness off on accident and now im wondering if i can just wire it to the plugs that came with my radio?

It can be hard wired. However please do it right and solder the wires and use heat shrink.

That being said the preferred method is to use the original harness and an adapter because you can do this outside of the car.

Since you've already cut the wires its your choice.

Whats up people?

I would seriously consider going to a junk yard and snagging a factory wiring harness and then wiring that in. so you can use a harness adapter for the aftermarket unit, and not worry about returning to stock, changing units, etc. in the future. Just do it right.
