Ive been wanting a radar detector but I dont like the thing hanging from my windshield. So I did some searching and found this:
eBay Link.
It fits in a standard gauge pod and is designed for motorcycles.
Edit: Looks like it has a remote mounted detector. I might jump on one of these when I have the cash.

Hmm i like the idea,it would be a clean look.
Cool. But I think you should get a passport 9500ci
Very nice Brad. That thing cost almost as much as my car.
And Im thinking about getting a column pod made to fit it. If anyone does any FG work
That would be pretty neat in a tripe gauge pod..
Being clueless on this, am wondering if it would be functional/work properly in a car??

i think if we could have a couple of those badass steering column pods made up that would be sweet.. i have a couple of those steering column plastic pieces laying around that would love to be made into them... any volunteers? how much for your labor if i donate the cores?

The radar and laser are remote mounted. Id probably extend the wires and mount them in the grilles.

nice idea, but that one is ugly IMO. look for a nicer one. i saw a gps at a garage sale this weekend and it looked like from the 80's. it was as big as half my keyboard.
now THAT is cool. too bad valentine one doesnt do something like that....
180hp in 1989 or 145hp in 2002, you decide. >
