1997 Cavalier 2 door

18" SSA Xcon
155amp HO Napa Power Supreme alt
1 run 2/0 Phillips Industries wire
Hifonics Brutus 2608d (for now)
Alpine CDA-9886
Cadence mids/Phoneix Gold tweeters
RF Punch 150HD mid/high amp

Sorry bout the poor quality pics(broke the good camera)

Should be all finished up this week...have to finish the port, glass the corners in the box and install the amps. Will get more pics and vids when done!

cool mounting your mids to the flimsy plastic door panel.....
and you spl guys never worry about efficiency? it's always biggest rating on the amp for the cheapest you can get. Seriously, with only a 155amp alt, good luck getting all the power out of that Hifonics amp without draining your electrical system or popping the amp.

Now that I'm done picking apart the crap you did wrong , I guess good luck with your build. I'm not a big SPL guy, and frankly don't like that every big time SPL guy has no interest in cleanliness and good looking installs, but I can appreciate the work that goes into getting loud.

On the other hand....you have other fingers.

ahhh, running 18s in a j-body trunk. memories.
never had any luck trying to wedge my old Stroker in front-firing. had to angle the front panel of the box, which killed box volume. still did better than top firing IIRC.
be sure to brace the box, those big panels will flex like cardboard with no bracing.
