I think I really need to stay off of CACO.
Nummy.
Maybe someone could help persuade me either way. I kinda miss my bass now that its gone.

Your bass isn't gone... it's just not as overpowering and isn't killing the rest of your stereo
Don't do it, finish building a tuning a nice well rounded MUSIC machine,. not a big bassy ass hole in the neighborhood machine lol.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Im trying Im trying. I have an EQ coming in tomorrow.
Its just so sexy.
That thing is pure sex. I still miss my AW1206T in a ported pro-box sometimes. I still have it; just dont want to go through the hassle of swapping it in only to get bored and swap it back out again. So think of it THAT way. It's like a fat girl with big t!ts. Only fun for a few times before you realize its just wrong.

I built the last system with the intention of making it a 139.9 bass racer then just never got out to enough shows due to working weekends every weekend. I never really used it on the streets that much. Just for demos and scaring people.
i agree with jl. sq b4 db
Ive got all the gear for SQ but the tuning is kicking my ass!
sndsgood wrote:tuning takes time. also have to learn what your trying to tune it to sound like. bass is nice if you just want to show off. having something that sounds good is nice if you like music and spend most of your time enjoying music.
Thats why I got rid of it. Not having a trunk in a DD was getting to be a pain in my ass.
Yeah that's really the biggest issue. It is fun being "that guy" with the ridiculous bass though...
