So i recently replaced my alt and battery (stock alt and duralast yellow) because my alt went bad and killed the battery. Now i noticed everything ran beatuifully when i first put it in, no speedo flickering at all even at idle that was ~3 weeks ago. Now my speedo is dimmin with bass hits again. Im running 2 amps (1 for subs(840w amp power akoustic dnt know specs on subs got from brother who is deceased, there duals(working on better lol)) and a 400w 4 channel for my speakers. do i need a h/o alt a better battery or what?

i would suggest the big case alt upgrade, to a ad244. just do a quick search and you'll find out what has them and that should help a ton. 145 amp vs 105
and bolts right up and plugs right in. that and try the big three.

Check your grounds. A bad ground can cause dimming.
