What all needs done to get a din2 into the 1995 dash.
I'm assuming the premise would be similar to a cav of the same time frame.
I want to get a nice din2 head unit and just was wondering the amount of fabrication I am going to have to do to squeeze one in.
Swap the lower dash from an 00 and up fire, no fabbing necessary. Other wise it is probably just cutting and maybe the newer radio bezel, and hvac relocation.

Swapping dashes was not in the plan. Cutting up a 96 center dash bezel and moving the heater controls is better. Less work IMO.
Perhaps the hvac out or another car... Then again, I have a spare unit and a complete center console I can work with.
Maybe some in dash pics so I can get a couple more ideas?
You might be able to just swap that lower middle radio portion out. I havent had my radio out in awhile to be sure though.
The middle radio portion won't interchange, the angle is different. I tried to put a factory red(95) one on my 03 lower dash and it wasn't close.
