my interior light wont shut off and it also comes on all by itself also the radio wont shut off after i open the door. A bad door jam switch might be bad has anyone had this also?
Yeah it's probably the door pin switch.
Mine did this as well, I sprayed the switch with Zep and worked the switch a bit and haven't had an issue since. The switch could be completely bad though.
I had this happen a week ago , disconected the battery for 10 min and hasn't done it since.My factory alarm actually started going off cause apparently it thought someone opened the door. The light would not shut off. I drove to work with it coming off and on at certain points. Got to work and unhooked the batt and as i said no problems since.
I got a switch off rock auto I put it on when it gets here i got to rebuild the gauge cluster too the tach is inop. thanks for the replies.
