new head unit thoughts

Hey guys im looking for a new head unit mine is old and its about time to upgrade, im looking to spend around 150-200 anyone got any ideas on a headunit i should i get? im looking at something kinda like this http://www.amazon.com/PLD45MU-Touch-Screen-Monitor-Player/dp/B002UKZ8Q4/ref=sr_1_1?s=car&ie=UTF8&qid=1305519327&sr=1-1
but i dont like thatbrand really, i may spend a little more than i intended and get a motorized 7 in or a double din, anyway and thoughts, opinions or ideas? thanks

you know what kind of quality your going to get for $137 bucks? even going for a double din for anything of quality you going to have to up your price. pioneers lowest end double dins are in the 300-400 price range.

if you want a touch screen, you need to pay for it. $150-200 will get you a half decent single DIN CD player. Could get 3 pre-outs, decent options, and a decent name like Alpine, Pioneer or Kenwood Excelon on it. But you will NOT find a quality double DIN or flip out touch screen for that price, or even double that price.


On the other hand....you have other fingers.

you can find pioneer avh-3300's for 400 bucks, bare minimum for a decent quality deck and screen. screens only 5.5" but yoru buying a quality piece and not junk. its what i got for the trailblazer.

i say go for a cheaper end alpine, they still have the same options and tuning abilities, minus the higher end stuff like time delay etc etc. I got the ida-x305s and it runs just beautiful, got mine for 250.
