hey i just picked up 6 jbl p1022 subs and i need some help on a box design.....i highly doubt there going to fit in the trunk....so i was think taking the back seats out and doing something their. 2002 4 door z. going to be running them on 2 jbl gto14001 amps...thx in advance
You could definitely get 5 cubes in the trunk and run them sealed. Or maybe run 7-8 cubes ported using the spare tire well for more space. Mount the amps on the rear seats and badabing you're boomin
problem with these subs is that the surround is like a 12....so its like fitting 6 12 in the trunk
ummm.... no.... wall it or dont even try. its not worth putting that many int he trunk. i would sell 3 and put three in your trunk. or wall it like stated before...

Get 4 more and do a wall that's what I always wanted to do. I love the jbl amps I have a gto1201, gto2401 and the matching 4ch amps for both
because there like 12s(same size as) shouldnt i just do 8 in a wall......i have the skill to build the wall but i would still need some help on the design....so anyone ever done a wall?
I have 1 15 and I'm not happy. Do the wall, let me know how it goes. I want to do a wall BAD.

had a wall in my cavy with 8 12's back in the day...6 10's should fit in a flat wall easily for a simple wall, or get creative and glass it with some curves
