hi newbie here
got a 98 sunfire 2.2 and having some radio problem. pulled out the radio (wasn't able to remove the batt...darn ) so when i connected the plug theres no power on the unit except for the button lights on the radio...ther's no display so i can't even proceed to the "steps in unlocking the code" as posted here a dozen times.
i tried driving the car for hours assuming that i will get a display after a few hours of driving as 1 post suggested but nadda.
checked all the fuse and all ok. is there a specific fuse or relay hidden somewheres? is the unit toast?
please extend some help
