Someone recommend me a good remote start. It isn't for a J-body, but same applies really. It will be going on a 2007 Cobalt, sick of sitting in the car waiting for windows to clear on cold mornings.
- It needs to be able to go through multiple walls, as I am on the far side of my apartment complex, so probably 3 walls, maybe 100ft?
- The car is a manual, so will need a safety feature for that.
- Keep the price reasonable

Only one thats good and will work properly on a 5 speed,is Compustar..Been installing them for awhile the range is good and reliability is good on them.

They come with the 2 way pager remote,And i believe you will also need a bypass kit for that car,For all parts not including install,would be around 3 to 4 hundred.depending where you buy it from,And thats canadain pricing.
