Not to be a TOTAL ass, but I typed "ecm relocate" in the advanced search. Then clicked THE FIRST GOD DAMN RESULT, and found this:
http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f=4&i=136257&t=136054#136257 I see some people explain how to do it... doesn't sound hard either, but honestly searching wasn't hard.

oh, trust us, we know
First off you say 2002. DO you have the early ecotec? i know my twin cam was already in the bumper cavity. Some 2200 or 2.2l i have seen with a ecu. either way if u do have the ecu in the bay just disconnect it from the harness. Pull said wires n plugs back into the cabin via the rino a** haha aks the grey plug on the fire wall. then either zip tie up under the dash above the pedals like some or like i did and install under the vents under the hvacs via the lil panels that come off. either way few mins and simple. Heck i did my buddys sedan in a hooters parking lot after dinner hahaha,

right, theres really not much info needed. unplug the ecu. run the wires thru the grommet and re attach the ecu under the dash. its a ten minute process.
