Is it okay to run two batteries with a 3.5 farad capacitor in-between the car batteries?
Yes...pointless but yes.....

Ill try to explain; I didn't have enough 0 gauge to run my cap after the two batteries so I had to put the 2nd battery after it.
you could have just not run the cap....
car audio noob since 1984.
its all installed now im to lazy to take it out, and on top of that i used a 10 tun press at work to crimp my 0 gauge termanals and really dont want to try and take them off and re do all the wire.
