Keyless entry reprogram

Do any of you know how to reprogram the keyless entry on a 97 or a 98 Sunfire GT. I have new remotes for both( proper year and remote for each) but have no idea how to program them.

Has to be done by a tech 2, which means dealer.

95-99 can be done by anyone... 00-05 requires a Tech 2.
