Alright, I'm still a bit of a noob to electronic stuff but what all do I need for HID? I know there has to be some wiring so I don't burn out fuses and such, and is there any HID housings for the '02 Cavalier? I WILL need one because my stock headlights, the turn signal housing is JB welded to the headlight housings and the headlight bulb is JB welded into the housing. Damn previous owner. But thanks in advanced!
They have to be custom.

By custom, I think he means you will need to retrofit the projector housing. Check out TRS, they have everything you need.

Better yet, check out
HID Planet (a forum dedicated to retrofitting--TRS actually bought it a few years ago) to get lots of information on retrofits.
You mean, that he need projectors.
Beause if you dont have these ''Retrofit'' well knows as Projectors, or as i do call them, Epsiloids.
How they work? They project the HID light on the road, not up in the sky, like halogens do.
People who install HID without the epsiloid (Retrofit) will blind you when driving.
