Is it true that if you buy a more powerful battery, the cluster and headlights and everything is brighter than usual? Or it won't make a single difference?

Won't make a difference. Alternator and battery only run at 14.x volts when the car is running. Clean your grounds and your better connection and you will probably get brighter lights unless your alternator and or battery is failing / other electrical issue.

A variance in voltage will make bulbs brighter or dimmer, the available Ah of a battery has no effect on bulb brightness unless you are drawing so hard on the electrical system that the system voltage is dropping. If this is the case, you need more than a better battery. That being said, if you do notice your lights being brighter than normal, it could be an indicator that the voltage regulator in your alternator is taking a dump.

Thanks for the replies guys. In my case, everything in my car seems dimmer than when I first got it. Cluster isn't as bright as it used to be..

The plastic on the displays is probably just starting to age and yellow.

Upgrade your interior bulbs to bright white LEDs and you should be happier. However, if you have an 00+ car, the cluster will be a big project.
