I want to use as big as a return line as possible, But i cant seem to find anything any bigger than 5/8. You guys that are using 3/4"- 1" where are you getting your flange at?
Also you guys who are using a water cooled turbo are you just threading a piece of pipe in that is barbed (like the things your vac. lines go on )and than slide your water line on?

im useing just 3/4" hose... i think thats all you really need... i mean bigger might be better but 3/4" will still work fine
The First Twin Charged jbody
blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
I used 5/8" rubber line for my oil return on my turbo Acura, it was fine. My friend Sam runs 440whp from his D16Y8 (Honda engine) in his Acura, and his return line is only 1/2" stainless. You don't need a super big return line, just make sure it doesn't get kinked in any way, and make sure it followes the straightest path down and you'll be absolutly fine.

Oh, forgot to mention the water lines. When I did my setup, I used two stainless T's (to attach lines to), one spliced in the heater feed hose, one in the heater return. On the turbo it doesn't matter which direction the coolant flows, so it doesn't matter which is which.
