Ok, before I get yelled at, I did search, and I read both FAQ's, but didnt really see anything, so here goes.
The turbo and Supercharger kits available for our cars, specifically the 2.4, do those kits require a PCM reflash in order to work? If yes, up to how much boost can the PCM be reflashed to handle, for example the 1 bar of fuel thingy that I had asked about in another post of mine.
Sorry if this has been asked before, if it has can someone kindlt point me to the thread? thanks.
Just searck for GM SC and read EVERYTHING. There is a sticky now about putting it on a pre-'00 LD9 I think, which would probably be very helpful.
The GM SC is designed to work with the reflash (which reads up to 15psi manifold pressure and adjusts fuel and spark accordingly), but the reflash can't be used with the pre-'00 ECU. You would have to use alternate methods of tuning (RRFPR would probably be enough for a stock GM SC).

What do you mean by alternate methods of tuning?

Like an FMU, Piggyback Unit or Standalone Unit.
