Well i just came to find out that the turbo I purchased had over 10,000 miles on it. I think this might be my troubles when it comes to me not being about to hit 8 psi or even for the turbo to spool right. I would send it away to get rebuilt but i need my car since its a daily driver. Does anyone know what I can except to pay for a new turbo which is a Super 16G from the hahn kit?
I have over 30K miles on my turbo man. 10K miles isn't going to hurt it. If you want to rebuild it I believe the kits are about 100-200 but I can call and check on that for you. I think to buy a new one is like 700
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

I think we just need to have a "Blue Splash Turbo Questions Forum"

Well sorry if i spent like 3000 dollars on a turbo kit and I want to get the full extent out of it. Also going to the track and running a 14.99 with a turbo thats supposed to be in atleast the mid 13's is a little odd. I just want to get this thing running correctly thats all.
If the previous owner hurt the turbo then it would explain the issues. 10K miles on its own is nothing on a Mitsu turbo though.

dude, chill out...... Just giving you some crap... I know others have thought same thing because everytime I look in the Boost Forum I see 2-3 new threads from you...... No harm intended.... I agree with Hypsy about your turbo issues, but another issue could be the driver.... Just because you have all same things others have, does not mean you can drive the car like others do.... Im not trying to "start" something here, just another POV
Also, tuning plays a big part here...

I bought my kit used also, and it has over 10,000 miles on it. And it is still a strong runnning kit. I don't think having the 10,000 miles on it has anything to do with it either.

yeah, in all seriousness to the OP, if you need the .org to hold your hand through every little step of this project, you really weren't ready for it to begin with.

dude chill hes just playing with ya man
i had over 100k on my 16g when i got it. its jdm 16g from a evo3, so not sure if they are made different, i would assume it should be all the same internal parts though, stout turbos they are!!!
i got over 10k on my super 16g. no problems. the rebuild kit is roughly 110 from hahn. u can have it converted to a 20g for 499.
When i got mine, i got mine with over 10,000 miles on it and its running real strong.

Damn does someone need me to send them a tissue? It really seems like they are just playin' with you man. Don't worry about it. Also iif you are not hitting full boost or lauchin' hard that might why you are not doing good at the track. Just a side not my friends Jetta just had a Stage 3 APR kit put on his car and he runs 14's and low 15's, but he is trapin' at over 110. Wheel spin is a pain. You just need to make sure you are getting all of it to the ground.
