2.5" on a 2.4L s/c'er ahah wow would you ever be spining that thing past its limits... and not to mention the crazy ass boost spikes you would see.... i ran the 2.6" pulley with alcohol and would get boost spikes up to 11psi roots blowers have suggested RPMs for a reason since they get very unstable when spun to much past them... as well i dont think you will see any more boost from the 2.6" to the 2.5" pulley

silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno

36lb injectors

and a adjustable fpr so you can drop the pressure to get the afr closer to correct

I'm running the 2.5" pulley and I don't see boost spikes like that. Yes the blower is maxed out with the 2.5" pulley. I only see maybe 9 psi if I'm lucky.....

ok so you see 9psi with the 2.5" and i got the same with the 2.6" ... so why spin it more to get the same psi? why not slow it down some and still get the same boost? just doesnt make sense to go to a 2.5" pulley on this supercharger

for once i can agree with josh on something....

if you get the same boost with both pulley's, using the smaller of the two will only wear out the charger faster and also heatsoak it worse than the tiny little m45 already does...
