i just installed my turbo manifold, and turbo tonight, i was going to start running the pipeing however i ran into a little problem, well theres not much room for the 2.5 piping that i have, can you please post some pictures as to how you ran your piping, thanks,

2.5 fits fine, clock the turbo down and run right in between the motor mount and coolant line. drivers side ( remove factory airbox and windshield washer fuil container) the use one 180 bend and 1 e90 ebend, should be all good (if you have a 2.3 manifold) if not you need an extra 90 bend,

i tried to clock it down however the turbo hits the frame, i tried removing everything that i could but bottom line it hits the frame, i have it mounted upright now. i just put the charger pipes on and where the rubber elbow joines the turbo to the rest of the pipeing it is maybe 1/4 of an inch away from hitting the manifold, is this going to cause me problems, what can i do to fix this, also for the exhaust do i use a flex pipe, i dont have a welder so i cant fab anything up. any suggestions?

find someone with a welder. that flex pipe junk will never hold up to the heat there...
there are certain things that it's impossible to cheap out on with aftermarket boost.

4 and a half year old post, but OK, I'll bite.

My setup on my Sunflower. The hot side piping runs down in front of my coolant reservior and behind my fender liner to my intercooler. The cold side runs from my TB, down behind my radiator and into the fender well to the other side of my intercooler.
