so the balance shafts are gone, and I am not seeing the power I should, I have (or close to) super60 turbo, gm s/c trio, FMIC, 2.3 intake, secret cams, NGKTR7's, 310cc, begi 2025, and I run 11.9-12.1 under 9-10psi boost.
I run premium fuel and I can feel the engine misfire under boost, sometime in first/second the engine limps (CEL flashing) takes 10seconds to get going again, then back to normal. Sometimes the light doesn't flash but still limps the same.
3rd-5th runs clean never throughs a code or limps, but you can feel it missing, kinda feels like spark blow out, but I am gapped at 0.030 already so I don't think that is the problem.
is it possible that I am getting knock retard because I removed the balance shafts, and have stiffer mounts? and what should I do to fix this?
2) I also searched about injectors and I have a 2000 with delphi style injectors, I plan on going with HPT within 2 months, which 550-650 cc injectors are cheap that will fit our harness? I can change the harness but I prefer not to have to modify the rail or injectors.

Sounds to me you are blowing out the spark. I had a similar issue and we just kept playing with the gap, or you could be too rich. how do the plugs look?

s/c reflash is for a low cfm "boosted"application, I use the FMU to raise at 3:1 approx to obtain the 12:1 AFR

plugs are a nice brown color, like they should be,

speedracerz ran more psi than that on the s/c reflash
but it sounds like the spark is getting blown out , or ign system issue , or to much fuel
try the plug gap
im running mine around .035
Speedracerz isn't the only one that ran more psi on the reflash without a need for an FMU.
I ran the s/c reflash, 440cc injectors, and an Apex S-AFC to just make sure the injectors didn't make things TOO rich. Never had any issues w/ spark, just the fueling due to the rather large injectors running on a reflash that is meant for 310cc's...
