Here is a pic of my current setup. This does not seem right because I have a leftover cruise relocation bracket. I am pretty sure I know how the cruise control bracket should mount and how the module bolts onto it. Just not sure about the cable itself. It does not fit if I relocate the cruise module.
I really am not even sure why I should relocate it the cruise works fine just the way it is. Is it only suppose to be relocated for looks, so it runs right beside the throttle cable? If I do need another cable can someone please give me the part #. I have a part # of 88961329 but it says that is for N car only.

you don't have to relocate it, I did cause I have no heat shield above my turbo, it was not necassary for me to do so, but it is your choice, it looks better sitting back there, nice setup man

I think I have my throttle body exactly 180 degrees turned, with everything on the bottom.....

I thought you were supposed to relocate it when you install the supercharger?

I think usually people relocate it with a turbo so they have more room back there. With a supercharger you have enough room. Looks good, you shouldn't have to move anything.

this is kinda off topic but i saw this picture earlier today so i went ouside and started cutting pipe to make an intake like that. Just a quick couple questions how far down does yours go? my filter is like sitting on the bar thats right below. And what way is your filter facing? mine is just straight up and down i couldn't really get it to face sideways like i wanted.
The Cruise bracket that came in the kit was just to flip it around, for some reason GM didnt notice you could just flip the cruise upside down.......

So basically my bracket is worthless and not needed with the supercharger? If so then it would be helpful to someone with a turbo 2.4 who still wants to keep their cruise. In that case if anyone wants it let me know.
Does anyone know if the cruise control cable for the N body is longer. It looks odd with a short cruise cable and the throttle cable clear out in BFE.

Bigtemps Mine goes almost to that bar it stops about 1 or 2 inches up from it. Mine is straight up and down. It is kind of a tight fit between the raditaor fan, wiring loom and trans. Here is a picture of it.
It is just the long spectra filter you can buy at Auto Zone. Hope this helps. If you have any more ?s just send me a pm.

that is the way i had my cruise when i had the HO intake on my 97
ive got the bracket and cable that came with the gm s/c kit on my 00
but as long as it works there is no need to change anything
infact your a whole 3-4 onces lighter with our the bracket , lol
GM Overdesigned the kit. Feel lucky... most places grossly underdesign things like that and give you zip ties and a bag of spit to put things together.
