t/b plate installed now car has no power

well tonight i went to install my meth injection being tapped into my throttle plate i got off ebay which is a 1" thick obx r one and i even installed a brand new gm tps and i start the car and it now wants to idle at 1500 where it was at 900 before and it has NO GO at all. So i then take look over for vac leaks and nothing and then i take all it off again and put the old tps on that was giving me no problems and the same result. No leaks or anything so do you think the nozzle in the throttle plate may be blocking air or something? im totally stumped. thanks.

Sounds like a leak for sure... check all your vacuum lines for cracks, that's usually where the problem lies...

so a vac leak could cause no power as well? i mean at idle it seems fine other than the higher idle but it has no power at all while getting on it.

even make sure the plate itself isnt leaking....

if the idle is less than perfect.. something is up

check all of your connections on the tps, iac, and then the vacuum lines. There has to be something leaking or not connected properly as a TB spacer alone will not hurt performance. However what are you running for a nozzle in that tb plate? The one that is one my car sits flush with the inner circumference and nothing sticks out into the actual TB, if you have a large nozzle in there i guess it could be messing things up.
