if i'm going to use : Cartech FMU, accel FPR and ford green top injectors, will I need a GM reflash? or to do something with the cpu?

might be good to mention the rest of your setup... for example you're going turbo... I would recommend using HPTuners with the fake 2.5 Bar map trick and complimenting it with piggybacks as needed.
14.425 @ 97.833 mph stock + GMPP s/c on drag radials.
I live in Quebec... there is nobody here who know how to tune with HPT
I have a T3 .42/.48 (will upgrade if I can sell it)
and everything else... except the fuel system
