Eco SC Pulleys and AFR's

This post is based on information for people running the ECO SC and smaller pulleys, or at least I hope it will be.

Who is running a smaller pulley on the GM reflash, and what are your AFR's? Trying to lay out some plans but need a little direction. This is not for the guys using HP Tuners, or other add-ons components, just the basic reflash and a smaller pulley, and what size.

I ask as the Balt guys can run down to the 3.0 without any issues on their stock flash, but I would like to see what we run with a different injecor and a different displacement.

with my 3.0 and stock injectors I was running lean on top end. in WOT it would go from 12:5 to 13:5

now with the same pulley and AFPR they are at about 11:5 most of the time

any idea what the injector duty cycle is ?

Hahah, I need to find out . Im guessing they are maxed out. I still need to add my inline fuel pump also.

Keep in mind though that the stock pulley gives different cars different psis.

Stock pulley, non intercooled, I was showing 9 psi, now I see 8 same pulley.

Someone else may see 11 psi on the stock pulley and 10 psi intercooled.

It varies from engine to engine.

With my stock pulley intercooled on a cold night, my wideband will show 10:1 stock reflash, no afpr, just the gm tune. Did it tonight.

Yea it runs very rich on the Gm tune.

So a 3.1 will be okay, and not lean out on the top end. I will run numbers after I get the pulley done.

hopefully they're not maxed already...

how would you determine that the stock pump is insufficient ?

i because my fuel pressure is very very jumpy. the stock pump just is not getting the fuel up front.
