removing the m45 s/c and making it run afterwards

i have someone wanting my s/c kit and am wanting to sell it for sure so i can turbo it.

my ? is:

what all do i need to do to take the s/c off and return it back to stock and running

i know take off the s/c, install stock intake manifold, air intake, injectors again

will the ecu be ok with the s/c reflash program with stock injectors as it shouldnt change much as the ecu wont be seeing boost

Well, your ecu is tuned for the larger than stock injectors, 310 cc iirc.
So I'd think it would run leaner.

Pick up another set of that size injectors and use them for your turbo.

Or use HPTuners to lower the injector size.

i thought that it might work with the stock injectors but i dont know which is why im asking you think i will have to keep the 310cc injectors in it?

you will need the MAP sensor and injectors,

HP Tuners | Garrett T3/T04B | 2.5" Charge Pipes | 2.5" Downpipe | 650 Injectors | HO Manifold | Addco front/rear | Motor Mounts | HKS SSQV | Spec stage 3 | AEM UEGO Wideband | Team Green LSD | FMIC | 2.3 cams | 2.3 oil pump swap | 280WHP | Now ECOTECED

i was thinking i could run the stock injectors if i hp tuned my car back to the stock and saved the s/c reflash before i flashed the stock tune

, ive done this,

you have to swap the intake, and oil to air sep, thats it, runs just fine with the larger injectors and 2 bar map.

if you flash it back to stock you have to swap the map and injectors.

If your going to turbo it don't reflash it back to stock. Keep the reflash the map sensor and use HP to tune for what ever injectors you want.

Why? if you just leave it alone, the MAP wone see boost, and it will run just fine with the larger injectors, almost like it was programed for them....!

oil to air seperator?

is this the piece that goes from the timing chain area to the piece by the throttle body?

You are correct, but if he's going to turbo it and try to make more power he will need bigger injectors. Plus the person buying the charger won't need to buy new injectors.

YES, it will not fit with the sock intake manafold, or the HO one too.

if you just put the stock intake on, oil to air sep, and get a vac tube to conect the line to the TB youll be fine,

then go find some one to flash your VCM so you have more than 12* AVD and WOT.

about 4 inches down ur timing chain case, there is a hose, normally it goes to a box under ur intake manifold and then back to your intake box/pipe
