I have the GM supercharger for the 2.4L, i have gotten a smaller pulley , a 2.6" to be exact. The last i heard the stock GM S/Cer injectors hit there max peak at high RPM's with the smaller pulley once tuned right, so my question is, if i were to order between the 320cc injectors and the 550cc which ones should i get? Also, the injectors i were looking at (carcustoms.com) say these injectors are low impedence, but i have the high impedence as stock N/A injectors, does this matter?
NEW SIG COMING SOON FOR 07'!!!
im currently running a 2.4" pulley on my motor with the 310 injectors. MOtor only makes about 7.5 PSI because of top end. Still holding about 12.5-13.0 on the wideband. Still havent done any form of tuning other than adding about 5 PSI of fuel pressure. Was still making power at rev limit, so Id have to say the injectors probably wont top out with a 2.6" pulley. Hope this helps.
where in the HELL did you get a 2.4" pulley. and also, running the 310 injectors with no other fuel mods is a realllllllllllllllly bad idea. if you're only making 7.5 psi, you're really off, the 2.6 has made 8 and the 2.5 has made 9-10. you've definitely got an error in your setup. and yes, its been proven that running the 2.6 pulley with the 310's is pushing it.

and not to mention that the 2.5 is already overspinning the charger and having all sorts of things start to fail.

ill sell ya some lucas 38lb/hr injectors that will work for ya, i run them with 14 psi on my eco
I have some Stock 360cc injectors from a Superchagred Cobalt SS for sale
As I stated the top end flows to good. Ported head, HO cams, 4-1 header and 2.5" dump. The charger is only capeable of producing 7.5 PSI. Based on the math I did (may not be correct as I did it really quickly at work) the charger is spinning at about 17500 at rev limit. The pulley is for a GTP and its from pulley boys. With my setup the 2.6" pulley made 4.5 PSI, the 2.5" made 6 PSI and the 2.4" makes 7.5PSI. If I run the alcohol injection (cant turn it down enough because something went wrong with it) the AF on the wideband is about 10.5:1 and without the alcohol its 12.5-13:1. No missfire and no lean issues. No problems all the way to its top speed. The only failure I have ever had with the charger has been a seal failure because I over filled it with oil due to some faulty information. When I get the rev limit raised to 7500 I will install some 36lb injectors, as I do not feel that the 310s would be sufficient at the higher RPM. If I belived everything I read on this forum then I would belive that my the M45 couldnt support more than 200 HP at the wheels. I know what my motor does and that there is nothing wrong with the S/C. I also know that the PCM is quite happy with the 310 injectors and that the motor is not running leaner than I would like to see.
17,500 rpms. do you remember what the limit is recommended by eaton?

Question if you have the sc kit on a 2000 and change the injectors from the 310cc ones in the kit how will that affect the GM reflash? In other words if I installed Ford red or brown tops with the GM reflash and no fmu or afpr would it cause the car to run rich?
2000 Z24 5spd header & catback for now.
