I was wondering if any one might be interested in these. I am not sure exactly the grade of aluminum we will use. They will come out shiny since they are machined and not cast. These will also be lighter weight then the stock pulley which is surprisingly heavy. I am thinking about making one for myself and more if there is intrest. I am only planning on making the 2.6 size but if there is intrest I will make a 2.7 The goal is to get the price down to around 50 bucks but it could realistically be more like 75. I have not found any press on ones sold anywhere. The way I see it $150.00 for the pulley boys setup is alot if you do not plan on swapping them all the time. The press on pulleys are really not that tough to change anyway.
All of this all depends on the intrest in this. This is not something I plan to make a profit from. Also could someone please send me there 2.8 pulley that they are not using. I would be very greatfull. I need one for measurments. If not I will have to use the one that is on my car now and be reduced to driving a 96HP Kia Rio

one thing i want to add... why would you do the press on? why not a hub set up like the pulley boys one? much easier if you ever what to change it back to stock size or any other size...

Well there is really no need for another setup like pulley boys. It would be even more complicated and cost me just as much to produce. So if I wanted one of those I would have just bought one. It is not a bad price if you plan on changing it often. There are currently no press on ones made now. Plus they are not that tough to change out anyway.

How many people actually change their pullies on a regular basis? Probably very few. The press-on process isn't that difficult, and doesn't take that long. If I put a 2.6 on there, I'd more than likely just leave it on there for good.
