I'm having a problem with oil...
When I hit 7 pis I have an oil problem... I believe it is spraying out of my breather... What would do this???
horsepower is how hard you hit the wall, Torque is how far you push the wall with you
it seams as if ur piston rings are goin south
DRIVE HARD OR DONT DRIVE AT ALL!!!
Yes that would be sweet LOL
not really but ..
It was comming sooner or later...

i have this problem. boost leaks past rings and pressurizes the crank forcing the oil out of the port with the weakest resistance ie breather. had it happen to me twice. if your really worried just do a compression test. get a catch can.
compression test wont do anything. my motor did this before i built it and i did compression tests all the time on it. they always came out good. what u need to do is a leak down test and that will tell u how bad the rings are.

its a lot like it covers my exhaust manifold and charge pipes like it is squirting out.

yep mine does that. i find it happens most to me when in boost for prolonged periods of time without the proper air/fuel. if you have hptuners i suggest making the PE enrichment start at a earlier throttle point so that you can get proper airfuels while in boost without being at wot.
i know i probably worded some of that wrong. sorry.
As mentioned... seems your rings are letting boost past them into the crank case.... not much to do other than take care of the rings....
If you want to at least prolong things and keep the oil out of the engine bay, buy a catch can and check it frequently.

Slowly but surely may some day win this race...
thanks guys... I will buy the can and see if that is what is going on... I just removed the line that runs from the tb to the valve area and it made less of a mess..
I did that because I was thinking that with 10 psi being crammed into the valve area it probably made things worse..
