Is an FPR mandatory?

i'm trying to get everything together for my turbo setup, and i need to know, if i have an FMU, do i NEED an FPR? or will it not hurt anything NOT having one?

It depends on the fmu you are using. If it is a begi 2025 or cartech 2025 i know for a fact that you can use it to set a base pressure and have an adjustable rising rate.
