i have read that some with the hahn turbo setup and having a auto tranny causes some issues with running charge pipes.
im unfamiliar with the hahn setup/eco motor and the auto as i have only had 2.4 5 spd powered cars and am wanting to help my brother get this done as its gonna be his christmas present
i have the knowledge to install the setup with no problems just looking for some insight from anyone that has the hahn setup and the automatic
thanks for your time
scott
I fabbed some eco charge pipes and from what I remember there is VERY VERY little under engine clearance with an auto. With a manual you have alot more room to work with. I think this might be the issue with the autos, most auto's I've seen are running the hot pipes up through the bay and not under the engine. But I could be wrong.
Yeah what he said ^^^
It's super tight underneath with the auto. If you got the Hahn kit you'd have to fab new hot side pipes that stay in the engine bay and go above the mount on the passenger side. Just about every turbo auto Eco or 2.4 I've seen (including mine) run the hot pipes this way.

450WHP Turbo Ecotec swap in the works...
mine are run underneath the car and its an auto ecotec. then again i am using a turbo header and its not the hahn kit. running them under is do-able. cnfx performance (no longer around) did all my work.
