Heres some things that you may or may not be aware of that will help your numbers out, since ive been exposed to alot of the cobalt world alot of this stuff transfers over to the L61 for the jbodies
Machined superchargers -
JBP -
rebuilt charger
Intense Racing -
machined
Heat exchangers
Ive heard that the intercooler setups do vary a bit from what the cobalt has but Gm has just come out with a dual pass intercooler plate for better cooling not sure if this would work or not
Crate Engine Depot -
dual pass plate
Cobalt addiction also has one which is sort of a homebrew design but does the same thing
yummy
Also listed on the cobalt addiction page is a special heat exhanger similar to the cobra ones ppl been getting
Water/Meth Injection
Tag Racecraft has a real trick setup for this
yum
1989 Turbo Trans Am #82, 2007 Cobalt SS G85
that cobalt addiction heat exchanger looks identical to the 1 airtonics and i have , we both got um from ebay
lol
that 1 piece is the only part for the GM dual pass set up ??

the dual pass is a rip off! Just modify your own end plate by tappig in an AN fitting and save 200 bucks.
JBP is uber over priced, You can send your charger off to steigemeier and have it ported, polished, and rebuilt in the US for under 700 and have it back in 2 weeks time. While they are at it they can machine your snout for half the caost inrense wants to chrage.
But that Tag meth injection = SEX!
Good looking out Matt, Congrats on the Cobalt man its sex as well

Yeah, that meth injection makes me happy. Too bad it's $450...

You still need to buy the y adapter, so it is like 2 pieces.
I also have the cobra HE which I got real cheap, and as soon as bwoody makes more brackets I will have that installed.
I been hearing a lot of people are now sending thier m62 to steigemeier for porting. But only seen one DYNO of results.
Water/Meth Injection ==
that alky kit would work better for nitrous
since its not helping cool the s/c itself
one other thing to note is that cobalt addiction also has a plate that fits between the Tb and supercharger with a meth injector on it, for those of you that want it pre supercharger
Phlatcav - I aspire to have a sexy silver engine bay like you
as far as the pulleys go you can get those from zz performance all the way down to 2.6 with no snout machining which is further than the stock rods will hold unless you have a built bottom end, so really snout machining isnt needed at all and at 7000rpm with a 2.6 pulley you really shouldnt be spinning the charger any faster than that

nice thing about the s/c being on the J's we dont use the map just behind the tb so we have a spot to drop the alky nozzle in
LOL
and GM gave us a plate to use if we drill and tap it right
gotta say i havent been on css.net in a while , so i didnt know about the tag alky kit , and hadnt looked much into the dual pass intercooler piece yet
so how you liking your silver bullet ? and when is the sig gonna change
Whatcha gunna do when the boosted ecotecs run wild on you!!!!

Yeah cause we aren't smart enough to figure that out. Also don't forget about inverting a couple of the cores as well. Overall the GM piece is nice, but for the cost an industrious person could do it them selves, if they can have the car off the road for a couple of days.
I wonder if the inter-cooler brackets will work in our Js
I like that duel pass set up...the HE too...I already have a HE though.
Nice find...may be spending afew more bucks this winter than I thought?
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
