Best size Exhust system to run with a turbo setup? 2.25 big enough or go all the way up to 3inch ?
I wouldn't run anything less than 2.5". I am running a custom 3" setup, but its tight. 2.25" is fine, but you will spool up quicker with the larger size. Mandrel bends is the only way to go.
If you can find a shop that does mandrel bends 2.5" is all you need. If its a large turbo then 3".
cant u just buy it already bent?
I would say at least 80% of turbo J-bods are custom pieced together, so no. However, you can buy 'U' and 'J' bends and weld them together if you can't find a shop that will do the bends.

There is a site somewhere that sells turbo exhausts...they did the J-mack stuff IIRC. custom-tubes maybe?
