i have looked all over for this but i cant find it, i have seen it but dont remember where. I just recently installed my supercharger for my 01 2.4 and need to go get the reflash but i dont really want to trailer it. can i unhook the hose coming off the bypass so it doesnt build any boost to get it to the dealer? then just hook it up once they reflash it.

Unhooking the hose will keep the bypass closed allowing boost, I believe you need to ziptie the bypass valve open via the linkage on it.

if you have a wide band , and boost gauge , then just drive it , make sure you have the non-sc map plugged in


and just stay out of boost , i can say mine ran fine under full boost , but i had a wide band to make sure the a/f stayed rich

I dont have the boost gage or wideband but ordering very soon. just hold open until i get to the dealer should work. Awesome. i cant wait to get it done
