Ok so i got quoted 250 for my idea...

Im using a log manifold, so i want to have a 3inch downpipe made.... Then ill supply my own 3inch cat and have identical flanges welded on each side.... Then a muffler with the same flanges and a 3inch turndown just after.

This way when i go for emissions i can bolt in the cat a week before to get the code out, and unbolt it out and just have the downpipe, muffler and turndown... The whole system will only be 2-3 feet and turn down under the car with no tailpipe... But i want a muffler so its not too loud.

They said 250 for the pipe and labor if i supply the muffler/cat.

And once i have HPtuners of corse ill just disable the rear 02 and never worry about it again

It sounds a lot like an exhaust cutout.

Look into those, same thing, but lighter and probably cheaper.

Well this is gunna be the entire exhaust though

Downpipe, removable cat, muffler, and turn down... No length of pipe other than a few inches for the flanges between the muffler and cat
