OK so as far as motor goes I have decided to build a 2.3 HO, eagle rods, forged pistons, ported and polished 086 head. What numbers should I be able to expect from adapting a GM supercharger(m45) to it running 10psi? Im not looking for exact I know that cant be done without a dyno but a ballpark figure. 250 HP an outragious quess? Also what about an m62, would that make a decent difference compaired to the m45 worth the trouble involved in fabricating a manifold?
Don't even think about putting the M45 to an Ho. Useless. Go with a M62 or M90. Nothing smaller.
A well built Ho can put out 200+ BHP N/A.

2.3 Ho
Yeah I've asked questions about the m45 on a 2.4 with an 086 head and I was told it was limited in how much power it could make because it doesnt flow nearly enough for the head. just seems the easiest rout. I'd much rather go with the m62 or m90 but that is too big to fit with AC, then there are manifold issues. I know a guy who makes custom manifolds but Im not sure how much it would cost me. Guess I should do it right the first time lol. Think m62 HO setup could push 250-275HP?

Easily

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.
Sweet...can't wait til things start coming together and I can answer questions instead of ask a million of them lol.

The M45 is limited to about 230whp no matter what motor you put it on. You could probably make more hp NA with a 2.3HO than you could with that M45.
