I just need to know if anyone has the turbonetics deltagate mark 2 wastegate? If you do wat is the flange size on it? My friend needs to order a new manifold and he bought the wastegate used and does not know the flange size. Thanks.

I believe it uses the standard 38mm wastegate flange that many smaller external wastegates use, its been a while since I bought this.....check out the link below and see if that is what he needs....double check on the web....there is a ton of info about this wastegate from spring colors/ratings to flange measurements.....

the deltamark 2 I believe is 40mm

it might be 38mm or 40mm but I found it is 1.25 inches

Sorry, I missed the "mark 2" on the end of that. I used the original deltagate and it fit the 35/38mm flange. If this is the same on all versions of the deltagate then it uses this 35/38mm....if it changed then QBE is probably right.... 1.25" is about 32mm though....
hmm..so you guys aren't really sure? Cause he is buying a manifold and is getting a flange put on it for this wastegate but obviously it would not be good if the flange is the wrong size. Anyone else with any info? is it 40mm or 38mm?
