15g or 16g on stock internals??

15g or 16g on stock internals? What do you guys recommend would be better if i want to run about 8psi and produce 200-250whp with stock internals? HRC told me they recommend the 15g cuz its spools quick and its ideal for the numbers I want. But i'd like word from the J BODY experts and those that have and still are running one of these turbos. Thanks!

I think you'll be happy with the 15 or 16, When you get up to the 20G your gonna start experiencing some lag. So if the 15G is significantly cheaper and you don't plan on exceeding 250 I see no reason to spend more money.

it depends on if you think that your'e gonna be happy with the 250hp mark. if you think you might want a little more (like 300hp or so) then i would go with the 16g so you have a little more headroom power wise

2200: 15G
2.4: 16G
Eco: 16G or 20G

Give me a call if you need anything from HRC.

Awesome. Once again thanks for the help guys. As for Matt, sure, just PM me and well talk about our turbo project and how they come along.
And for HYPSY, that chart makes sense. And i understand when you say, if i need more head room. I'm not looking to gain too much, so i guess i'll still with the 15g that comes with the kit.

Most Js using the 15G, 16G, and 20G get them from Hahn Racecraft. They are Super xxG turbos.
