I will relink it for you.

This is what he's talking about

I have heard of many 2.4L guys using their manifold with some pretty good results

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.

Built 3 kits off that manifold for the ecotec. It needs some porting to make it smooth but the welds are nice and they seemed to hold up. Long term use im not sure but they worked for me and if i were to piece another kit together thats the one i would use. Good luck with your project.

Quite a few people have used that manifold. I had two of them and had no problems at all. I used one for an internally w/g turbo first and later bought one with the external flange on it. As long as you use some gasket material or that copper liquid gasket stuff, you should get a decent seal on it as well.

The only downside to that manifold is if you are using a Turbonetics deltagate w/g you will have to add a small extension pipe(about 4" long with some sort of bend towards your firewall to clear the engine (as well as turbo and intercooler piping in my case).
Pictures to explain: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2271348 In the second engine picture you can see what I mean.

Overall, this manifold is a very good deal for the price. Its not the fanciest manifold, but it's very function and about as cheap as you will find. You could probably coat it if you were really that worried about how it looked. As you can see in the pictures, my setup wasn't really about looks....
