ok, where should I place my manual boost controller? between the manifold vacuum and the fitting at the bottom of the wastegate?
(and restrict a little the vac)
Or, put a T on the vac line, and put the MBC at the line that will go to the top fitting of the wastegate? (and almost close the boost controller)

Turbo(or intake manifold) -> Boost Controller -> Wastegate
The purpose of the boost controller is to limit the amount of boost getting to the wastegate in order to alter the upper limit of boost. Less air to open the wastegate = more boost.
If your using an electronic boost controller I'd take the reading off the intake manifold, but if your using a manual boost controller running it inline directly off the turbo will be fine sufficient.

And if I take the vacuum from the manifold, will I loose pressure? I only have 1 vacuum source from my manifold, so I was planning to use this source for my wastegate + BOV + gauge + SDS eic, but if it loose pressure from the wastegate...

Actually there are rubber nipples on the intake manifold, I believe 2->3 of them, pull it off and you've got another place to pick up readings from.

That's the one I was talking about.
There is 2 on the manifold : the first one is already used for a sensor or something, and the one with the rubber nipple.
But, will the "vent" of my wastegate drop the pressure of my vacuum?

No, the vent on the wastegate is venting exhaust, so not as much exhaust gas is getting to the turbo, and thus lowering the amount of boost its generating.

I think you mean "will I lose vacuum" not pressure(although you will gain air pressure in them while under boost). Go ahead and hook up the boost controller - it will be fine. If you want, it's not hard to find a vacuum line splitter at most any autoparts store. Also, something should always be plugging/sealing any unused vacuum lines, else you have a vacuum leak. You can also buy vacuum caps at those same autoparts stores.
I've never heard of this "part throttle" before. Does it just bolt on?
