Anyone know where I can get a custom torbo manifold made either in VA, northern NC or thru mabey a website or mail order?
oh yeah it would be for a 2.2 Ecotec
It beats a Honda!
I got one for my 99 cavalier w/ a 2200 engine off of ebay from someone in Canada... it needed a little grinding to make it perfect... but seems to be good quality and from what i've been reading... alot of other guys on here are using them too... my car is about a month away from start up/test and tune "hopefully" hope that helps!!
how long did it take to get the turbo manifold from that guy in canada? It hit Canada post last week and has been stuck at "In sortation Plant" for like a week. I was expecting it this week so i could get the turbo in.
I got mine in about 2 weeks. I had the same "In sortation plant" status from Canada Post also. Canada Post just blows on updating their systems. However, my manifold was schedulet to arrive on Friday the 23, but it arrived today, the 26th, so it's fairly accurate in that regard. As far as the manifold, it does need a little porting and such, but is a great deal for the price.
Currently #4 in Ecotec Forced Induction horsepower ratings. 505.8 WHP 414WTQ!!!
Currently 3rd quickest Ecotec on the .org - 10.949 @ 131.50 MPH!!!
I need a fully custom turbo manifold I have already drew up the design I just need someone to make the manifold. The ones on ebay are mass produced then they weld different flanges on for whatever turbo you use. Anyone know of someone to "fully customize me a manifold?

Our first one we've made at the shop for the 2200. However, due to the work involved with them, we would need your car for test fitment. Which being in VA, would be tuff.
Excellent work except for the header wrap.
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

It came off soon there after when when an issue arose to where everything needed to be removed. I'm at school and don't have access to all my photos including newer ones if it off it. I had to dig those up out of an older post.

Did it get coated or left bare? I hope with that work it was coated.
