Will clevite direct replacement main and rod bearings work ok and hold up for boost application? thanks for all help

For maximum strength make sure you get steel backed bearings. There are "Mexican" Clevites with aluminum backing. They're ok for stock use but they're not popular for high perf use. Sometimes the Mexi bearings are called "Clevex."
