just a question

i'm currently building up an ecotec for future use. i have a question regarding boost and piston compression. all the scources that i've been reading recommend a lower compression ratio when using boost. so i was wondering, what would happen if you used high compression pistons in a boosted (turbo/supercharger) engine? i still have a lot of prepwork on that engine and i'm still not quite sure if i'm going boost or not yet. i'm just trying to educate myself a little.

Ahhhh.... I see the screwup fairy has visited us again...

You would have to spend a lot more time tuning, and be a lot more careful about knock/pre-ignition.
