There's a few log manifolds for the 2200 out there. I will say this. Be weary of quality from less reputable businesses.
Here is a log manifold for a turbo with a T3 flange and the external wastegate flange (if you plan to use an external wastegate).

Here is a log manifold for a T3 flange without the wastegate flange. This would be the manifold to use if you were going to use an internally gated turbo such as the T3 Super 60.

Yes that's very true. I've never heard anything bad about the ebay manifolds cracking or anything. What I would honestly do just to play it safe is buy the manifold and then have it ceramic coated if you have a local shop that does coating, or you can send it off to Jet Hot.

Thats not going to keep a manifold from cracking. Cracking is caused by welds with no penetration and shotty materials.

sorry to burst your bubble, but they are not ceramic coated already.

I am using the same manifold, and he does really clean work, no problems or leaks/warpage or cracks for all of last year.

If you wanted to get crazy, you could cut stress lines on the flange between the ports, but I don't believe it is necessary.

Yes. But there are also stress cracks. Say you mount a big, heavy T3 on there. Expansion and contraction, and the support is not great enough. Crack. But thankfully these manifolds don't have many problems.

thats why you can support the turbo with a bracket mounted to the engine some place

I'm going to have to do that with my tubular header. I don't want the prettiness to crack
