Was just up to check progress on my S/C install. Dealership is missing template for bracket modification for dipstick, and mounting info for the lower coolant hose.

You don't need the bracket.

I couldn't make the bracket work like it was supposed to, so it just floats there. Find a way to keep it stable. NO BRACKET REQUIRED.
Actually, Phlatcav answered an email for me, and the dealership the car is at made custom brackets (as Phlatcav suggested). I would prefer everything be properly secured.
And the dealership the car is at is not the dealership I bought the car at. It is However the only dealership in the area (4 large Chev dealership in the area by the way) that would even touch the job for me. The others acted like It couldn't or shouldn't be done. One of which is actually listed on the site as an authorized installer of the S/C, and they were CLUELESS!!
Although I am disappointed to now have to wait until monday for the reflash. I am also feeling pretty good abouth the fact that not only did this dealership do the job, they also told me they will continue to honor my warranty, and they took the time to leave nothing to chance. The dealership however that I bought my last 3 cars at(and sent many others to), just lost a customer.
I did see your lol, I just really wanted to clarify, this is a pretty cool dealership, I think everyone that works there knows about this job, and not only did they do it, they were interested in doing it. That's pretty COOL!
