Even if its not one of the ones my boy Jarret welded, the fact that its pipe says something good and from what I can see of the welds, they seem to be done by someone who knows their stuff (although the pics are too small to really evaluate them. For the price, I'd pick one up if I had an eco.... those other painted manifolds floating around ebay suck, my buddy has one on his car, and even though the car runs low 13's, he's had to repair cracks in the manifold after less than two years of running it and I think less than 15K of actual driving.

I have an ebay painted one that hasn't cracked.
