Which is better to run in a 2200 engine putting out about 200-250 whp: Ngk's or Ac Delco. And does anyone have the part number for the Ac Delco's in copper?

Delco coppers all the way. R42LTS or R42LTSM. First is one range colder, the other is two ranges. I'd go with the first for that power level.

I found a set of delcos that had a slightly shorter reach to them.

my dyno tech suggested I find a slightly shorter reach plug, and it actually got rid of some of my knock

Shorter electrode,or shorter thread length? You can use washers to pull the plug up, and also to help aim the spark.
