Gapping one step colder lithium plugs

I was wondering how you guys are gapping lithium plugs? My understanding was you could not gap those, they don't even look like they could adjust. I just got the NGK that was suggested to me and the gap from factory is .042, how do I safely gap those to .035 without braking them? Thanks.

Gently push on the electrode, its only .07 that you need to reduce it by, so it won't take much.

if it is the dual, triplr, quad electrode plugs they are not adjustable, thise gaps are set for the plug, not the car.
