Has anybody on here done this? If so, where did you find your parts?

I know this is not what you want to hear but I would just buy a kit from Devilsown.com or coolingmist.com After you take into account all the time it would take to gather all the info to make yourself knowledagle about what parts you need and where to get them. Not to mention all the time it would take to buy them or get them shipped to you. I do not think it would be worth it. The price of these kits seems fair to me anyway so I see no point in trying to even build your own.

i pieced mine together because i was given some parts from a friend

its alot easier to get a ready made kit from , snow , devilsown , or cooling mist

i had isses with the hoses on mine always cracking , and 1 of adaptor pieces that went from a lager diameter hose to a smaller hose

Devils own has a Group Purchase on this site that pretty much nobody is taking advantage of. Once I get myself settled into my new apartment I'm taking them up on their 15% off deal.

Taetsch is probably right about Granger, they have a lot of very specific peices.
Also maybe McMaster-Carr; they are based in Chicago.
